Admissions
The Lewis Memorial Home is a residence for independent and mobile persons 55 and older. Residents are expected to be able to live independently and to attend to their own personal needs with minimum assistance. The Home does not accept residents who are confined to a wheelchair. A physician's order to admit is required because physical and mental diagnosis are considered. Lewis Memorial Home is open to all applicants regardless of race, gender or religion. 

Rates
We are able to keep our rates reasonable through various donations and by utilizing income from 257 acres of crops that are grown each year around the home. Private & semi-private rooms with nearby lounges are available. Current rates are listed below, but subject to change. Assistance may be available through state agencies if the applicant qualifies.

  • Private rooms $1185-1285/month
  • Semi-private rooms $1134-1160/month
  • Apartments $375/month
